Return Policy
Thelightersideofrc.com carefully inspects all incoming inventory and all outgoing orders before they are shipped. All items are warranted by their original manufacturer unless otherwise stated.
If any products are damaged by shipping or mishandling, please contact us (thelightersideofrc@gmail.com) immediately after you have received your package. All return requests must be made within 3 days of receipt of order. A return authorization number (RA#) will be required and this can be provided by contacting us. Cancelled orders will be refunded less ANY TRANSACTIONS FEES.

All returns must have a valid RA number of they will not be accepted.

All returned items must include the original packaging and be in the same condition that they were provided.
All shipping charges are non-refundable. Any returned product will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
If a mistake is made with your order, thelightersideofrc.com will pay for the necessary shipping to make your order right!
